Partner Program Terms
Last updated: October 2026
By applying to the Site is OK? partner program you agree to these terms. The program is invitation-based: we review every application by hand and may decline or suspend a partnership at our discretion.
How commissions work
Each partner is assigned a commission model at approval — for example a one-time bounty on a referred customer's first payment, or a recurring share of each payment for a capped number of months. The exact rate and duration for your partnership are the ones shown in our payment platform's affiliate portal when you accept the invitation — those terms are authoritative.
A sale counts as yours when a new customer signs up through your referral link (first touch wins, within a 60-day window) or redeems a promo code assigned to you. Self-purchases through your own link do not count.
Payouts
All commissions are tracked, verified, and paid by our payment platform (the Merchant of Record), not by us. You will complete identity verification (KYC) in their affiliate portal before your first payout — we never hold your bank details. Commission holds, thresholds, and payout schedules follow the payment platform's own rules.
Refunds and clawbacks
If a referred payment is refunded or charged back, the associated commission is voided. Commissions already paid on a refunded sale may be deducted from future payouts.
What you may not do
- No brand bidding. Do not run paid ads on "Site is OK?", "siteisok", or close misspellings in search engines or elsewhere.
- No incentivized traffic. No paying people to sign up, no "get paid to click" schemes, no cookie stuffing, no iframes or redirects that plant attribution without a real visit.
- No self-referrals. Your own accounts and purchases do not earn commissions.
- No misleading claims. Do not promise features, prices, or results that Site is OK? does not advertise itself, and do not present yourself as employed by us.
- No spam. Affiliate links may not be sent via unsolicited bulk email or posted where they violate a platform's rules.
Disclosure is your job
Where you promote us, you must disclose that you earn a commission — clearly, near the link or endorsement. That is a legal requirement in many jurisdictions (FTC endorsement rules in the US, ASA/CAP guidance in the UK, and similar regimes elsewhere). "Ad", "#ad", or a plain "I earn a commission if you sign up" all work.
Attribution and tracking
Your referral link sets a first-party attribution cookie for 60 days; the first partner link a visitor clicks keeps attribution for that window — later partner links do not overwrite it. We count link clicks, signups, and sales on our own metrics and the payment platform's affiliate tracking. Where the two disagree, the payment platform's record decides commissions.
Changes and termination
We may change or end the program with reasonable notice; earned, non-voided commissions are still paid out by the payment platform. We may suspend a partnership immediately for the violations above — suspected abuse forfeits pending commissions at our discretion.
