The service

Site is OK? is provided by Lindeas Ltd. (lindeas.com). By using the service you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Accounts

• You need an account to save domains and use monitoring features. Provide a valid email address; you are responsible for your credentials and for activity under your account.
• One account per person; do not share accounts or circumvent tier limits with multiple registrations.
• You must be at least 16 years old or the age of digital consent in your country.

Acceptable use

• Standard checks are passive/observational and may be run on any public domain.
• Intrusive checks may only be run against domains you own or are explicitly authorized to test. They are available only to signed-in users, are strictly rate-limited, and are intentionally gentle: read-only requests to a fixed set of well-known paths with generous timeouts and bounded request counts, designed to keep the target's health unaffected — comparable to normal browsing traffic. They never attempt exploitation, authentication, or modification of the target. Running them against third-party infrastructure without authorization may violate applicable law and is prohibited.
• Do not abuse the service: no automated bulk scraping of the scanner, no attempts to bypass rate limits or CAPTCHAs, no use of results to attack third parties, no scanning intended to harm or overwhelm a target.
• We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate access for abuse, and block scans of domains where misuse is detected.

Plans and billing

• The Free plan includes a limited number of saved domains. Paid plans (Pro, Business) raise the limit and add features such as change history and weekly email reports.
• Paid subscriptions are sold by our Merchant of Record shown at checkout, which issues the invoice/receipt and handles taxes, payment processing, and refunds under its own terms.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling keeps the paid features until the end of the current billing period, after which the account returns to the Free plan.
• Plan switches are prorated by the payment provider; frequency of switches may be limited. Prices and plan contents may change with reasonable notice — changes apply at the next renewal.
• Refund requests are handled through the payment provider per its refund policy.

Results and disclaimers

• Check results are automated, point-in-time observations of public infrastructure. They can contain false positives and false negatives — for example a temporary network issue can make a healthy site appear unreachable.
• A good score does not guarantee a site is secure; a bad score does not prove it is broken. Verify findings before acting on them.
• The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lindeas Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data arising from use of the service or reliance on its results. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim (or the equivalent of one month of service for free users, if a minimum is required by law). Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Your responsibility for scanned domains

You are responsible for ensuring you are authorized to run intrusive checks on the domains you submit. You agree to indemnify Lindeas Ltd. against claims arising from your misuse of the service, including unauthorized intrusive scanning.

Termination and changes

You may stop using the service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. We may update these terms with reasonable notice posted on this page; continued use after the update constitutes acceptance.
